License to ArtPrompt: By submitting content, you grant ArtPrompt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

You Cannot:

- Results may vary based on AI platform settings and updates
You may NOT submit or post content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic (NSFW)
- Depicts or promotes child exploitation
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Promotes self-harm or dangerous activities
- Contains false or misleading information
- Misrepresents the AI model or generation process
- Claims someone else's work as your own
- Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliation
- Submits duplicate or repetitive content

Violations may result in:
- First Offense: Warning and content removal
- Repeated Violations: Temporary account suspension
- Severe Violations: Permanent account termination and IP ban
- Our website design, logo, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design
- "ArtPrompt" name and logo are our trademarks
- Users retain rights to their original prompts
- AI-generated images may have complex ownership (subject to AI platform terms)
- Prompts themselves are generally not copyrightable, but creative descriptions may be
If you believe content infringes your copyright:

- Include: your contact info, description of copyrighted work, location of infringing content, and good faith statement
- We will investigate and take appropriate action
ArtPrompt is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind:
